Registration of Director replacement

Law Firm “PRIORITET” performs legal services on registration of amendments to the state registers and notification of the registration authorities with respect to the replacement of the Director of the branch / representative office.

 

Our services shall include the following:

1. Preparation of the set of documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
2. Notification of the State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation concerning the replacement of the Director of the branch / representative office; 
3. Notification of the tax authorities, the state statistics authorities (Rosstat) and the social funds concerning the replacement of the Director of the branch / representative office.

 

Expenses related to the registration of amendments:

(1) Our fee for the legal assistance in the state registration of amendments and notification of the registration authorities with respect to the replacement of the Director of the branch / representative office is RUB 15 000 (approx USD 500).

(2) Expenses for the notary certification of the documents and their translation into Russian shall not exceed RUB 10 000 (approx USD 350).

Documents originated in a foreign jurisdiction should be certified by a notary public and legalized or apostilled abroad. The documents filed with the RussianState authorities shall have the Russian translation certified by a Russian notary public.
