Registration of amendments to the state registers (with respect to the change of the address of the branch / representative office)

Registration of address change

Law Firm “PRIORITET” performs legal services on registration of amendments to the state registers and notification of the registration authorities with respect to the change of address of the branch / representative office in Russia.

 

Our services shall include the following:

  1. Preparation of the set of documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  2. Registration of amendments to the address of the branch / representative office with the State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and obtaining the new Accreditation Certificate (for the branch);
  3. Notification of the tax authorities, the state statistics authorities (Rosstat), Social Insurance Fund,  Fund of the Obligatory Medicals Insurance and Pension Fund social funds, concerning the change of address of the branch / representative office

NOTE: in case of address change to another region of the Russian Federation the full re-registration is required).

 

Expenses related to the registration of amendments:

(1) Our fee for the legal assistance in the state registration of amendments and notification of the registration authorities with respect to the change of address of the branch / representative office is RUB 20 000 (approx. USD 650). 

(2) The State Registration Chamber under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation shall charge a fee for re-registration and issuance of the new Accreditation Certificate (for the branch).

(3) Expenses for the notary certification of the documents and their translation into Russian shall not exceed RUB 15 000 (approx USD 500).

Documents originated in a foreign jurisdiction should be certified by a notary public and legalized or apostilled abroad. The documents filed with the RussianState authorities shall have the Russian translation certified by a Russian notary public.
