State duties increase

Based on the Federal law amending the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, adopted by the State Duma and signed by the President on 27 December 2009, the state duty for accreditation of the branch offices of foreign legal entities shall be increased from RUB 60,000 to RUB 120,000 (approx. USD 4,000) effective from 29 January 2010. Almost all state duties (including those for issuing work authorization documents) established by the Tax Code have been increased.Developed by
