Subdivision in regions - simplification of registration

Staring from January 2010 the representative and branch offices which are establishing in the regions of the Russian Federation do not require to pass through the process of the regional approval and obtaining the letters of consent for the State Registration Chamber from the regional authorities. Thus, the process of establishment of a branch / representative office in the regions became similar to establishing such subdivisions in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.Developed by
