Our company applied to PRIORITET Law Firm after being included into the register of unfair suppliers. We took participation in the action and won. The state customer to avoid entering into agreement declared the accounting reports of our guarantor uncertain and reported to antimonopoly service. Inclusion into the register of unfair suppliers led to total stoppage of our business.

We could not participate in tenders (and enter into new contracts) for 2 years, we had to reduce the staff and put personnel on enforced leave. The most important thing is the damage for reputation of the company which has always been fair supplier on state contracts. At the moment of applying to PRIORITET law Firm no court practice existed in respect of inclusion into the register because of the guarantor. Maria Kalinina started legal position from point zero.

Representative of the antimonopoly service had court decisions for similar disputes, where court held position of Moscow antimonopoly authority and we had high risk that court will make similar decision in our case.

Despite negative court practice Maria Kalinina succeeded in our exclusion from the registry.
