I would like to express my gratitude to all PRIORITET team. First I applied to the company with personal issue. The real estate developer SU-155 refused to enter into apartment sale and purchase agreement where I live with my family. My right for entering into agreement approved by preliminary agreement only, which was signed with the companion of the developer in 2008, but not with SU-155. The complexity of the situation was that developers used promissory notes scheme and the developer was presented by several persons, the agreement were confusing for future apartment owners and avoiding any obligations. The bank had its particular interest.
