Elena graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

The main field of activity of Elena is the accreditation of branches and representative offices of foreign legal entities with state bodies of the Russian Federation, their liquidation, as well as registration of Individual Entrepreneurs / Limited Liability Companies / Joint-Stock Companies / Private Joint-Stock Companies, their liquidation, reorganization, as well as applying changes related and not related to the statutory documents.
