Maria Kalinina head of legal
Maria graduated from Moscow State Law academy with honours, graduated from the post-graduate studies in State University- Higher School of Economics (arbitration and civil procedure). Maria is a member of Association of Lawyers of Russia. She has huge experience in legal support of various transactions and years of successful arbitration practice for civil disputes. Maria specializes in representation of clients interests in Russia arbitration courts. She has dozens of cases with decisions in favour of clients.
More than three years she manages legal consulting and due diligence projects. Apart from main activity (due diligence, court representation, legal consulting for placing orders for state needs) Maria gives seminars.
