Sergey graduated from Moscow university of Economics, management and law with degree in law. He practices more than 8 years in corporate law. The bulk of Sergey’s practice relates to registration of non-commercial organizations, amending constituent documents, increasing and reducing share capital, amending Charter, change of name, address, director, participants, re-registration and registration of cash register, registration of small business entities and seal registry.
