Wish your every rouble works 100%.

We work about one year with PRIORITET – even before “birth” – colleagues helped to register the representative office in Russia quickly, professionally and for reasonable price. Currently we use hr-support, accounting services and legal support (which means three independent persons to be hired in staff). There we go with simple mathematics and common sense:

mathematics – summarize salaries of qualified accountant, lawyer and hr-specialist. At my modest expectations it will be more than 310-350 000 roubles per month (taxes not included). Our expenses for PRIORITET are mre than… well.. 300 times less.

common sense – in-house lawyer and accountant as well may be narrowly focused specialist – say, strong in corporate but not in international or good in IFRS but not in GAAP. Indeed, the art to be interviewed and real experience/advantage of the specialist may differ a lot.

In case of PRIORITET we have Swiss Army knife where everything work right.

common sense (part two, greedy). Simple question to the managers- are you sure that in-house specialist brings benefit for your company 8 hours per day and 5 days a week? Are you sure that every paid hour spent for work, not for social networks with quite expensive internet traffic? While you pay them for every hour…

Conclusion: outsourcing is good for using, especially when you limited

P.s. their reports… they are just like a song!
